History and Tradition

Everything started with Enrico Loddo, Manuela’s father and his entrepreneurial know-how, and now she is the owner of Loddo’s Farm along with her husband Nicola. Her father Enrico, the historical Sales Manager of the “Cantina Sociale” of Dolianova, in 1986 inherited two hectares of olive groves from his father and began to produce oil as a hobby and enjoying it with his friends.

Our olive groves

Ten hectares of olive groves, located in the territory between Dolianova and Serdiana, the “Parteolla”, 250 meters above the sea level, in the province of Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, are perfect in every details and pampered because they are precious and represent the real fruit of our passion and efforts.

How We produce it

Our olives are brought to the mill a few hours after the harvest, carefully selected and stored in the silos, the collection and veraison, in order to proceed with the correct analysis during the oiling and mixing of the blends, they take place only and exclusively at the right degree of ripeness of the olives.
