Ideal for seasoning raw salads, and bruschetta freshly baked, enrich the dishes of Italian tradition like pasta, soups, meat and fish main courses and it’s perfect for sweets preparation.

Cultivar: Tonda di Cagliari, Bosana and Semidana
Extraction: Cold, 8 hours after harvest
Colour: Clear, golden yellow with green reflexes.
Scent: Enveloping, fresh fruit, with a hint of artichoke.
Taste: Well-rounded, palatable, with bitter and spicy flavours but very balanced.
